Just something I thought was awesome for reals …
You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have The Facts of Life.

Because it’s only Tuesday and it’s true and ’80s flashbacks, etc.
Fun facts (according to IMDb):
- The Facts of Life, which premiered about two weeks before I was born in 1979, was a spinoff of Diff’rent Strokes.
- It lasted nine seasons and 209 episodes.
- Alan Thicke was one of the writers of the theme song.
- It gave us 17 episodes of George Clooney as George Burnett, whom we meet here in this clip from 1985’s “Into the Frying Pan,” complete with a reference to the far-off 2006 and a couple of instances of racial insensitivity.
Hey, you take the good with the bad.
